Willetts & Co Solicitors is a long-established local practice based in our beautiful offices at 28 Hoghton Street, Southport. Over time, we have expanded to include additional premises in Tarleton, strengthening our presence within the wider community.
Our practice specialises exclusively in family law, covering all matters arising from divorce, civil partnership, children, financial arrangements, cohabitation, and inheritance.
We are proud to be the only practice in the local area to hold Advanced Member status with the Family Law Panel.

Tracy Willetts
Tracy Willetts attended the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a solicitor in December 1999. She undertook her training contract with a prestigious family firm in Liverpool and remained there as a family lawyer for 15 years. In July 2012, she decided to set up her own practice in Southport. Tracys is the only Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel in Southport.
Lisa Farrell
Tracy has been joined by her sister, Lisa Farrell as practice manager. Lisa deals with all the accounts and administrative tasks.
Mary Ellis
Mary Ellis joined the firm as office manager in the Tarleton office. She has over 35 years experience as a matrimonial secretary and therefore offers a great deal of guidance during difficult times.
