Willetts & Co Solicitors is a local practice established in beautiful offices at 28 Hoghton Street, Southport. We have since established further offices in Tarleton and Formby.

This relatively unique practice specialises in family law including all matters arising from divorce, civil partnership, children, financial matters, cohabitation, and inheritance.

We are the only practice awarded Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel in the local area.

Our new office in Tarleton is situated at 34 Church Road, Tarleton PR4 6UR which is easily within walking distance of the town centre.

We also have an office in Formby situated at 23-25 Elbow Lane, Formby, L37 4AB which is close to Formby Village. The office is attended by our family law fee earner, Julia Jones. This is the only practice offering family law advice in the area.

A dedicated team

Tracy Willetts

Tracy Willetts attended the College of Law, Chester and qualified as a solicitor in December 1999. She undertook her training contract with a prestigious family firm in Liverpool and remained there as a family lawyer for 15 years. In July 2012, she decided to set up her own practice in Southport. Tracys is the only Advanced Member of the Family Law Panel in Southport.

Lisa Farrell

Tracy has been joined by her sister, Lisa Farrell as practice manager. Lisa deals with all the accounts and administrative tasks.

Julia Jones

Julia obtained her law degree from Liverpool University and has been working as a family lawyer since 1990. She can be contacted on 07834 716659 for an appointment. She is also available at weekends and out of the usual office hours.

Mary Ellis

Mary Ellis joined the firm as office manager in the Tarleton office. She has over 35 years experience as a matrimonial secretary and therefore offers a great deal of guidance during difficult times.
